We have been a manufacturer of metal material products for over 30 years, especially in the field of metal parts/accessories/components of special specification (dimension), this year we add a new item to fabricate plastic mold and plastic products. We established a factory 9 years ago. And got ISO 9001-2000/GB/t 19001-2000. Our factory equipments are as follows:
1).24 sets of pattern making machines.
2). Casting machines 60 tons,65 tons,80 tons,100 tons,125 tons,150 tons,250 tons, jet molding machines.
3). Cnc lathing machines, table lathing machines, automatism lathes, punching machines, grind sweepings machines, gear hobbing machines, grind machines, vibration grinding machines and drilling machines.
4).37 sets of burnishing metal machines, being divided into zinc aluminum alloy burnishing metal and burnishing metal with iron material.
5). Automatic electroplating producing lines, hand electroplating line, rolling electroplating line and ABS plastic electroplating line.
